No booking will be treated as confirmed until payments have been received.
Where a deposit is payable, the full balance is required at least 8 weeks prior to commencement of services.
Under the company’s terms and conditions of booking our cancellation policy is as follows:
25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking (plus any hotel accommodation booked on clients behalf).
Cancellation 8-4 weeks prior to hire, 60% of the total hire charge.
Cancellation 4-2 weeks prior to hire, 80% of the total hire charge.
Cancellation 2-0 weeks prior to hire, 100% of the total hire charge.
